March Madness

As we all know everyone’s bracket is busted for the men’s tournament. Sadly I forgot to make one for the women’s typically I’ll do one for them, but I was focused on trying to win my sport journalism classes bragging rights. I am doing surprisingly well for that going into the ‘Sweet 16’ I only missed 3 picks and I’m currently at a 91% pick rate. On thing in march madness that I’m always low key excited for is the Hockey Tournament. Which this year actually takes place in Buffalo which is extremely close to my home town. The prices of the tickets are insane it costs $120 for one individual game ticket. If you want to save some money the family pack is just over $300 for 4 tickets.

I’ll give you a quick prediction for this bracket which is considerably smaller.

Round 1
St. Cloud St. > American Int’l
Ohio St. > Denver
UMass > Harvard
Clarkson > Notre Dame
Minnesota St. > Providence
Northeastern > Cornell
Minn. Duluth > Bowling Green
Quinnipiac > Arizona St.

Round 2
St. Cloud St. > Ohio St.
Clarkson > UMass
Northeastern > Minnesota St.
Minn. Duluth > Quinnipiac

Semis
St. Cloud St. > UMass
Minn. Duluth > Quinnipiac

Finals
Minn. Duluth > St. Cloud St.

I’m just pulling for a big rematch between the number one and two as they have had some major grudge matches in the regular season and I’d like to see Duluth pull out the most important win after a few close loses and one win. The record between the two being 3-2 favor to St. Cloud St.
