Big Bang Star Jim Parsons winning Celebrity bracket challenge with 44 out of 48 March Madness games correctly picked this year.
When you think of Jim Parsons the first thing that would come to your mind wouldn’t be how is he doing so well on his bracket for March Madness it would be that Parsons is a star from one of the hit shows The Big Bang Theory for CBS and that he is an Emmy-award winning actor. So how did Parsons get so good at picking which college basketball team will beat who in March Madness according to 7KTVB.com that “he looked at a Yahoo Sports story by Henry Bushnell that ranked all 68 of the contenders by their best chances”. Then after he does that he “he followed that method for about three-fourths of his bracket, but then felt it was getting boring. So after that, he just started picking the upset for each match-up.
Parsons said “And so far, it’s paid off”
I would say it has paid off considering he has picked 44 out of 48 games correctly this year I think that by Parsons character Sheldon Cooper and by working as a scientist genius on screen for many years maybe some of that genius transitioned into filling out a March Madness bracket.
According to 7KTVB. com said that “ The actor explained during an interview on the Dan Patrick Show that he actually finds it quite “overwhelming” to try and pretend to keep up with college basketball all season and leading up to the tournament”.
